Exchanges and Returns

These are the options for making a return:

2. By sending the product (s) you want to return to O Patinho Azul, Rua de Sá da Bandeira 659, 4000-437, Porto Portugal.
We do not refund shipping.
The items you intend to return must reach us within a maximum of 30 days after receiving them. We do not offer free returns. You will receive a refund or credit in online store / physical store, of the value of your purchase without shipping costs included, once the parts have been returned in their original condition. If our tests prove that the parts have already been used or changed (excluding to try) we will not accept the return. The parts will be returned to the customer again, without any notice.
After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.
Consider a transport service with tracking or transport insurance. We cannot guarantee to receive the product you return.
Custom products cannot be returned.
O Patinho Azul is not responsible for lost parts by mail or customs, so keep your tracking information.
In-store purchases do not include the same return policy, and no cash refunds are made, but through a shopping voucher.
O Patinho Azul products are developed with different materials, and each of them may have specific washing and / or cleaning requirements, contact us in case of doubt, and we are not responsible for defects caused by misuse.
Some materials such as natural skins, tricots and farms may change in color and texture depending on their use, not being an applicable reason for return or refund.
Together with the parts, always send us your receipt and order number. If a returned item is shipped outside the European Union, please mark the order as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs costs. We are not responsible for any fees imposed on orders returned to us by customs.
After we have received the parts, please allow 1-7 days to receive a refund, without shipping costs included.
EXCHANGES

Follow the same procedure as for returns. You will receive credit in online store / physical store, through a code on the total value of your order, excluding shipping costs, once the part has been returned in its original condition.
CONDITIONS
To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as received.
Customizable products are exempt from return, and the amount paid as order confirmation will be returned in the form of a shopping voucher at the store O Patinho Azul for the same amount.
All shopping vouchers are valid for a period of 2 months.
Gift cards and gift cards cannot be returned.
To make the return in the store it is necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
